WHO ARE WE?

Sparkhaus Film was founded in 2025, because we saw the tendency that the technology humanity needs the most is often the technology least understood. Today we make film and creative strategy for technology companies and ambitious start-ups. We work from the first idea to the finished film, embedded with a small number of clients at a time.

OUR STORY

CLOSING THE DISTANCE BETWEEN WHAT GETS BUILT AND WHAT GETS UNDERSTOOD.

CLOSING THE DISTANCE BETWEEN WHAT GETS BUILT AND WHAT GETS UNDERSTOOD.

CLOSING THE DISTANCE BETWEEN WHAT GETS BUILT AND WHAT GETS UNDERSTOOD.

Sparkhaus Film was founded in 2025 by Magnus Quisgaard Gaunsbæk and Jasper Kruse Svabo. We had made film together for a year by then, and known each other far longer than that, since childhood, from the football pitch in Nyborg.

What we kept running into was not a shortage of good technology. It was a shortage of understanding around it. Companies working on safety, on health, on the tasks no person should have to carry were being read as either boring or dangerous by the investors, customers and public who decide whether they get to continue.

That distance is not a communication inconvenience. It decides which technology reaches the world and which quietly runs out of time. A company can be right about the future and still lose the room.

Sparkhaus was built for that distance. One studio, one point of view, and film as the medium we trust to carry it. We tell technology from the side of the person it changes, because that is where the case for it is both strongest and most honest.

Sparkhaus Film was founded in 2025 by Magnus Quisgaard Gaunsbæk and Jasper Kruse Svabo, friends since childhood, collaborators in film since 2024. We kept seeing the same gap: technology solving real human problems was too often read as either boring or dangerous. Sparkhaus exists to close that distance, telling technology through the people it changes, with film built to make the value clear.

WHY WE STARTED

Technology gets judged before it gets understood.

Technology gets judged before it gets understood.

Technology gets judged before it gets understood.

THE PROBLEM

The public conversation about technology has settled into suspicion. Progress is framed as a threat, ambition is treated as something to apologise for, and pessimism is mistaken for sophistication. The companies solving real problems are the ones paying for it: in trust, in talent, in funding.

OUR ANSWER

We tell technology from the human perspective. The person who no longer has to walk into the bomb suit. The life no longer at risk. Show the human, and the value is clear long before anyone reads a single spec.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Four things we hold to.

Four things we hold to.

Four things we hold to.

01

The human is the story.

Not the machine, not the spec. The person whose life the technology changes. That is the narrative centre of everything we make.

02

Clarity is craft.

Making the complex tangible is not dumbing down. It is the hardest creative discipline there is. Our cinematic quality exists in service of clarity, never decoration for its own sake.

03

Embedded, by choice.

We work as a partner, not a vendor. Close enough to understand a company from the inside, focused enough that one clear point of view runs through everything.

04

Conscious optimism.

We believe most technology makes human life better. We choose that belief with our eyes open, aware of every risk and every reason for caution, and land on progress anyway. We prove it by showing the human it protects. We never simply claim it.

HOW WE WORK

As close as an in-house team. As focused as a studio.

As close as an in-house team. As focused as a studio.

As close as an in-house team. As focused as a studio.

In-house teams win on proximity: they know the company and they sit in the room. So we get that close, embedded, in context, often there before the world knows the name. Large agencies win on scale, but they carry hundreds of clients, and the senior people who won the pitch rotate out after it. At Sparkhaus, the people who make the work are the people you talk to. We take on a small number of clients at a time. That is a deliberate choice, not a gap we apologise for.

The technology that will matter most over the next ten years is being built right now, by people who are far better at building it than at being understood. That is a solvable problem. It is the one we chose. Film is the how. Understanding is the what.
